Our process is tailored to our client's business and financial goals.  We work with the Client's Top Financial Management and/or a Business Planning Committee to develop or enhance their existing Company Direction Statement (Core Values, Vision, Mission, Business Definitions, Core Competence, and Competitive Advantage). This is the basis for a strong and focused strategic plan.

Next, the annual operations plan supports and are consistent with the strategic plan.  It will contain the Company's short-term goals and strategies in the four key areas of marketing, operations, human resources, and financial.  Finally, the most important element, the implementation program is developed. This program sets forth the action plans required to accomplish the annual goals and strategies.

Monthly meetings with the President of the Company and/or the Business Planning Committee are scheduled to monitor the progress of the implementation plan and to make appropriate changes to the operations plan as key events transpire.
